Registration Deadlines Strictly Enforced Cut-off Time is 11:55PM Singapore Time (GMT+8) on Specified Dates
Failure to comply will result in removal from the programme:

• 17 May 2026 – Complimentary, reduced fee, student volunteers
• 24 May 2026 – Author registration, early bird, key lectures
• 1 Jun 2026 – Removal of non-registered authors
• 14 Jun 2026 – Removal of non-registered rescue list authors

Registration Categories & Approval Requirements Standard, Student, and Early Career rates apply.
Reduced fee registrations require prior approval—otherwise adjusted to standard rates.
Student volunteer fee waivers apply only upon formal acceptance.
