- The fee rates listed in the table are exclusive of service charge and taxes. If applicable these will be additional and charged at the prevailing local rates.
- Singapore Dollar (SGD) is the official currency for the conference.
- Please select your registration category below. Your choice determines both your fee and the number of presentations you can give. It will also determine the refund and cancellation policy.
1. Lecture - Must Finish Registration by 17 May
- The speaker is entitled to give the Key Lecture and an extra presentation.
- Only by invitation. The registration fee is waived.
2. AOGS Regular Members - Non Student

- Each paid fee entitles the registrant to deliver up to TWO presentations
- Fee-waived recipients will be automatically enabled for zero-fee payment upon meeting requirements.
- All paid fees are not refundable for cancellation notice received on or after 02 July 2026. There will be admin fee of SGD90 for any refunds made.

4. Eligibility & Proof for Discounts
To pre-qualify for discounts, follow the
Discount Proof for Verification guidelines found in the conference website homepage’s Submit & Register section.
- The discount verification process is directly linked to the information in your personal profile form. Your eligibility for specific discount rates is automatically determined by matching your provided personal particulars against set criteria. For instance, if your birth year is 1966 or earlier, your profile will include the “Retiree Rate” as a selection option. Similarly, by declaring your membership in a partner society within your profile, you are automatically granted eligibility to select the corresponding partner society member rates.
- Current AOGS members with a valid membership for the 2026 meeting year will be automatically eligible for the member discount rate. To qualify for this automatic verification, please ensure your Member ID is correctly listed in the “Welcome” section of your user account in MARS. If your membership is valid but you cannot see your ID, you must contact the Secretariat at admin@asiaoceania.org to resolve this before the pre-verification period ends.

6. Payment Methods
6.1 Card Payment
Accepted Cards: MasterCard, Visa, UnionPay, Diners Club, JCB, Amex.
For securing Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions against fraud, Visa and Master Cards are required to be 3D Secure enabled or payment requests will be declined. If your credit card is not 3D Secure enabled, please get in touch with your card issuer/bank to request for it to be enabled.

7. Registration Policies
7.1 By registering, participants agree to follow the Society’s
Code of Conduct and registration policies.
7.2 Presenters accepted in the conference program are required to register and pay their own attendance.
7.3 Only completed (& paid) registrations will be allocated a presentation slot.
7.4 All unregistered presentations will not be processed and included in the final program. Please take note of the “remove non-reg presentation” deadline in the conference homepage’s “Attendees > Key Dates” section.
7.5 Presenter passes and name badges are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared. You may be asked for photographic ID during the conference. If you are unable to provide identification which matches your attendee pass you may be asked to leave the conference.
7.6 Except for high school and younger students who may only give one presentation, all other registrants may give up to three presentations in total, including any additional presentations purchased.
7.7 Discounted Fee Categories

7.8 Invited & Member Categories
- If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome a substitute presenter attending in your place provided that we have at least 14 days prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and received payment in full.
- All paid fees are not refundable for cancellation notice received on or after 02 July 2025. There will be admin fee of SGD90 for any refunds made.
7.9 Exhibitors and Sponsors
Exhibitors and sponsor are subject to the terms agreed in their respective packages.
7.10 Accompanying Adults (e.g. parents, spouse, grandparents, child minders, companions, etc.) must register and pay the applicable fee to attend or join any activity. Participation in field trips and other activities is limited to those aged 18 and above, unless otherwise instructed.
7.11 By participating in AOGS2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose, including use on websites, social media, news, and advertising, in perpetuity.
8. Indemnity
- While the organizer(s) will make every effort to screen operators and observe best safety practices, the individual must accept personal responsibility for insurance against travel risk and injury.
- Participants on field trips, tours and other events agree to indemnify AOGS, the conference secretariat and the conference organizers against any claims as arising from injury or loss sustained during the outings.
- Please note that participants are responsible for their own insurance.
