2. What Every Presenter/Attendee Needs to Know

   2.1	All presenters (including Invited Speakers) must register online to confirm their attendance.
   2.2	Attention:

   Author/Presenter Registration & Early Bird Fee Discount	Deadline: 18 May 2022. After this date, fee will increase. Any presentation that is not covered by a paid fee or registration will be deleted from the presenter schedule
   Each Paid Fee	Covers 1 Presentation Only. If presenting a second accepted abstract; an additional fee is payable. Maximum total is 2 presentations.
   Registration Cancellation/Withdrawal	No Refund: For notice received on or after 15 Jun 2022 If Before, SGD80 service fee to process refund

4. What Every Author/Presenter Needs to Know
   

   4.1	It is expected that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract.
   4.2	Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register their meeting attendance & pay fees (if applicable) by the author registration deadline.
   4.3	By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can only be the author or a co-author of the abstract.
   4.4	At the time of registration, the IDs of the abstracts to be presented must be provided. Otherwise, the accepted abstract is considered withdrawn and will be excluded from the program/presenter schedule
   4.5	Each paid fee covers ONE presentation only. If an author/presenter has a second accepted abstract, an additional presentation fee is payable. The limit is TWO presentations max per author/presenter.

   
   
5. Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received
   

   5.1	Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.
   5.2	Proof of AOGS partner society membership must include member ID or a recent receipt showing your membership payment to the partner society.

   3. Conference Registration - Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy
      There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal on or after 15 Jun 2022
      For cancellations/withdrawals before 15 Jun 2022, a SGD80 administrative fee applies
