The venue for AOGS2020, Sono Belle Vivaldi Park, is the most visited ski resort in Korea. It is located in Hongcheon county of Gangwon Province. The conference activities are mainly held in Tower A, B, C and D.

Terms & Conditions

Registrants must agree to indemnify AOGS and Zerocool Tour for any violations of the terms herein. Zerocool Tour reserves the right to change or modify these terms of use or any other policies set forth in this website, at any time, and at its sole discretion.

  1. Reservation
    a. Only AOGS2020 conference participants are eligible.
    b. All rates shown are in South Korean Won (KRW).
    c. Payment, if any, is to be done via cash or cards at the Incheon International Airport counters. Directions will be provided closer to date.
    d. Accepted currencies are South Korean Won (KRW) or US dollar (USD). Accepted cards are Master, VISA, and China UnionPay.
    e. Once reservation is complete, you will receive a reservation number to your e-mail. Please show this reservation number to the staff at counters/boarding.
    f. Reservations are valid only for the date specified. Registrants are advised to be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before designated departure time. Zerocool Tour will not responsible for any missed flights or flight delays. The bus leaves once filled.
    g. Zerocool Tour will also not be responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or any other unexpected circumstances.
    h. Should there be any changes in bus schedules, registrants will be notified.
    i. There will be no refund for cancellations by registrants.
  2. Luggage and Personal Items

    Registrants are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. Zerocool Tour assumes no liability in the event of loss or theft of such property and will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result. Registrants are also advised to check their seats before disembarking.
