Exhibitor Benefits

  • Exhibitor write-up in the Exhibition Guide which will be distributed to all participants
  • Online classified in the Exhibiting Company page on the event website
  • Access to GEOMEET, the one-on-one online business matching portal
  • Full Registration Passes that entitles the holder access to all conference sessions and hosted functions. Registration Pass holders can be paper writers and/or presenters.
  • Exhibitor Passes that entitles the holder access to all conference sessions and hosted functions. Exhibitor Pass holders must not be paper writers and/or presenters
    • Exhibition Booth Package: TWO Registration & TWO Exhibitor passes each
    • Educational Showcase - One Registration & One Exhibitor pass each
  • All exhibition packages include the e- mailing of 50 invitation cards to email addresses that you provide, latest by 30 April, 2010.
  • All materials for printing/publishing must arrive by 30 April, 2010

    • Online classified (80 x 30 pixels) for Exhibitors( Companies ,Publishers & Education Institutions) page on the event website
    • Particulars of Full Registration Pass and Exhibitor Pass Holders by 30 April, 2010

General Information

  • Conference: 5 to 9 July 2010 (Registration Desks Open 4 July)
  • Main Hall Exhibition: 6 to 8 July (Set-up 5 July from 2pm to 5pm; Booth Dressing from 5pm to 7pm; Dressing Down 6pm to 8pm, Tear Down 8pm to 10pm)

  • These shall be communicated by Post, Fax or Email.

Payment Terms

  • All Payments to Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd
  • Payable in SGD or USD or INR only. SGD fees are fixed. USD and INR fees are indicative and subject to currency fluctuation
  • All Prevailing Government Taxes & Services Charges Apply
  • 50% Non-refundable Deposit is required to secure your booking and balance payment by 30 April 2010

    An administrative Fee of SGD 60/USD 45/INR 2050 to be added if you choose this method
