Terms & Conditions

Fees

1. USD fees are indicative and subject to currency fluctuation
2. SGD fees are fixed
3. Prevailing government taxes and service charges shall apply
4. Each registratiion fee can cover TWO presentations/papers maximum. An additional registration fee of SGD290/USD220 applies for each paper in excess of the TWO presentations/papers per registration.

Fee and Payment on or before 8 Jul 2009

1. Early Bird Rates end on 1 June 2009
2. Increased Rates apply if payment is not received on or before 1 Jun 2009
3. 8 July 2009 is the last day for registering your attendance and paying fees.
4. Only USD and SGD payments can be accepted

Payment Onsite after 8 July 2009

1. Please proceed to "Payment Onsite" at the convention centre
2. Cash or Credit Card payments in SGD and USD can be accepted
3. Cash payment must be in EXACT AMOUNT as we shall be unable to return change
4. Only Visa/Master Card can be accepted

• If attending more than 2 days, full fee is applicable and as shown in AOGS/EGU - Members/Non Members Category
• Rates are not applicable to Authors and Presenters
