From July 27 to August 1, 2025, AOGS2025 will only take place in person at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands Singapore. There will be a scientific conference as well as an exhibition. Additionally, there will be a general assembly, a general election for the 2026-2028 office bearers, along with the presentation of the usual annual society honours and awards.
The eight geoscience disciplines of the society—Atmospheric (AS), Biogeoscience (BG), Hydrological (HS) Interdisciplinary (IG), Ocean (OS), Planetary (PS), Solar & Terrestrial (ST), and Solid Earth (SE) —are the focus of the annual meeting, which is open to scientists, researchers, and practitioners in these fields.
Exhibitors looking to engage with this audience are also welcome. It is anticipated that 80% of the attendees will be from Asia and 20% would be from other countries.
