No: 14 SPOT ASIA is a wholly owned subsidiary of SPOT IMAGE and was set up in Singapore in October 1991 to service our clients in the Southeast Asia region. SPOT ASIA has since expanded its core business into 3 main groups: Data, Software and Value-added Services. Besides distributing high quality SPOT satellite imagery products, SPOT ASIA has expanded its range of data products to include other high quality satellite imageries from IKONOS, QuickBird, ERS, Radarsat, Landsat and KVR. SPOT ASIA also distribute GIS and Telecom RF databases to our regional Telecom operators and equipment vendors. Over the years, Spot Asia has expanded its reach in the South East Asia market through a wide regional network of Distributors, Resellers and Value-Add partners. Our aim is to offer a one-stop shop to our valued clients by providing high quality satellite and related products and services to our valued clients in the region. Our Services also include environmental applications: Forest Fires Monitoring, Deforestation, Coral Reef, Floods Monitoring, and Sediment Discharges. |
