Brief Description
Modern studies on earthquakes had made a great deal on numerical modeling and understanding of earthquake mechanism. Kinematics and dynamics modeling of earthquake rupture using high quality data had provided very important information on understanding earthquake physics. This session would like to bring together on the results of recent large earthquakes toward understanding of eartqhuake physics. The development of numerical technique using modern high quality data is also encouraged.
