Brief Description
The major goal of this session is bring the leading researchers to present the current knowledge on the biogeochemical cycling in the estuarine and coastal zones. This aspect has direct bearing on the well-being of human being, in general, and in particular to the Asian society were fishing and recreational activities play a major role in the Asian economy. The invited speakers will present a summary of past research and focus on what is the potential future in their field of research. We anticipate to bring-in experts in organic and inorganic biogeochemical cycling as well as scientists who tracer studies.
