  • Reservations accepted on a request basis only.
  • A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be collected at time of reservation.
  • Check in time is 2 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be assessed 1 night’s room and tax penalty
  • Guests must pay for their entire room charge at check in. MasterCard, Visa, travelers’ checks and personal checks in US dollars are accepted. Personal checks must be payable to the East-West Center and for the exact amount only. Third party checks are not accepted.
  • Lincoln Hall desk hours are from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. After hour check-ins are processed at Hale Manoa
