Exhibitor Benefits

  • Exhibitor write-up in the Exhibition Guide which will be distributed to all participants
  • Online classified in the Exhibiting Company page on the event website
  • Access to GEOMEET, the online business matching portal (opens 15 Jun or earlier)
  • Full Registration Passes that entitles the holder access to all conference sessions and hosted functions. Registration Pass holders can be paper writers and/or presenters.
  • Exhibitor Passes that entitles the holder access to all conference sessions and hosted functions. Exhibitor Pass holders must not be paper writers and/or presenters
    • Exhibition Booth Package: TWO Registration & TWO Exhibitor passes each
    • Educational Showcase - One Registration & One Exhibitor pass each
    • Merchandising Display - TWO Registration & TWO Exhibitor passes each
    • Display Shelves Exhibitor - ONE Registration & ONE Exhibitor pass each
  • All exhibition packages include the design, printing and mailing of 50 invitation cards to addresses that you provide, latest by 1 June, 2009.

    • Particulars of Full Registration Pass and Exhibitor Pass Holders by 1 July, 2009

  • Conference: 11 to 15 Aug (Registration Desks Open 10 Aug)
  • Main Hall Exhibition: 11 to 14 Aug (Set-up: 10 Aug from 2pm; Tear Down: 14 Aug from 4pm)
  • Showcase & Display: 12 to 14 Aug (Set-up: 11 Aug from 2pm; Tear Down: 14 Aug from 4pm)

  • All Payments to Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd
  • Payable in Sin or US Dollars only. USD amount are subject to currency fluctuation.
    Current rate: 1US Dollar = 1.40 Sin Dollar
  • All Prevailing Government Taxes & Services Charges Apply
  • 50% Non-refundable Deposit is required to secure your booking and balance payment by 1 Jun 2009.
